Mailbox Migration

  • Supports Primary User Mailboxes and Shared Mailboxes.
  • Public Folders, Online Archive Mailboxes, and Microsoft 365 Group Mailboxes are not included in the mailbox migration workflow.
  • Before starting the migration, verify that all required user accounts are active and properly licensed.

SharePoint Migration

  • Supports Document Libraries, Generic Lists, and supported site content.
  • Custom Lists, SharePoint Workflows, Item-Level Permissions, Folder-Level Permissions, External Sharing Settings, and Blob Storage are not migrated because of Microsoft Graph API limitations or platform restrictions.
  • Only the latest version of each document is migrated. The previous version history is not transferred.

OneDrive Migration

  • Migrates OneDrive files while preserving the original folder hierarchy.
  • Files identified as malicious or quarantined by Microsoft Defender are automatically blocked by Microsoft 365 security policies and cannot be migrated.
  • Permissions, external sharing links, workflows, and guest user mappings are not migrated as they are controlled by Microsoft platform restrictions.
