Without disabling the controlled folder access, the application cannot install some essential programs. It is because the safety feature blocks anything that tries to modify user\{user name} or various other related folders.

Ans: The Antivirus programs block some part of our application which further hinderance the tool working. So, it is mandatory to temporarily disable the Antivirus program. To ensure proper working of the application, Enable the Allow access (Whitelist) from Antivirus setting.

Ans: Yes, the tool supports SAN, and NAS storage systems provided that the file's access is transparent.

How many accounts can I migrate in a single migration process?

In the free trial version, you can migrate 1 user per account. In the full version of the software, you can migrate multiple accounts from Microsoft 365, GoDaddy, and Hotmail. But you can migrate multiple accounts in IMAP.

Will my folder structure stay the same after migration?

Yes, when Folder Mapping or Preserve Folder Hierarchy is enabled. A custom folder name is optional. Check the destination folders and migration report afterward.

What happens if some IMAP accounts in my CSV file have wrong details?

By using the available connection testing and account validation options to verify the connection before migration starts. In case of IMAP batch migration, upload the CSV file, check the connection test results, and update the incorrect details for the failed accounts.

Can it handle mailboxes with tens of thousands of emails?

Bulk IMAP migrations are supported in Batch/CSV mode. POP3 accounts will generally download messages from the Inbox only. Large PST files can be split during export using the PST Split option.

What should I do if a migration stops partway, and how can I reduce the time of a repeat run?

Enable Skip Previously Migrated to skip migrating items that have been migrated from the same source and destination. This option enables incremental migrations of items since the last migration run, where applicable.

What are the available methods to track the active migration jobs?

The Active Tasks module helps you track the migration progress and status of active jobs. After migration, open All Reports to view the item count, migration status, and compare the source and destination data.

Can I migrate specific emails instead of the entire mailbox?

Yes. Select the required folders and apply the available filters. Depending on the migration mode, these may include Date Range, Advanced Email Filter, Item Type Filter, attachment handling, and duplicate removal.

What is the purpose of using the Delete Unwanted Sender Emails option?

This option helps you to filter email messages from specific senders like notification@facebook.com, etc. The selected emails will be skipped during the migration process and permanently deleted from the source mailboxes.
