Step 1: Download and install the DRS Pegasus Email Exporter. Run it as Administrator.
Step 2: On the home screen, click on the Continue button to proceed further.
Step 3: Select the Add File or Add Folder options to choose the Pegasus Mail email files from your system.
Step 4: Now, browse for the Pegasus mail files you want to convert. Click on Open to add the selected Pegasus Files. Hit Next to continue.
Step 5: When the Pegasus files are imported successfully click on the OK Button.
Step 6: Now on the left side of the interface, you will be able to see the tree structure of the selected Pegasus Mail files.
Step 7: Mark all folders you want to convert. Also, you can click on the Preview button to preview emails of the Pegasus files.
Step 8: To check the attachments click on the Attachment button. If you want to sort the files according to To, From, Subject. Select the appropriate option and hit the Search button. Further, click on the Next button to continue the process.
Step 9: Opt for the PST option from the drop-down menu on the left to save the Pegasus files as PST.
Step 10: Choose among the additional features of the tool:
- If you want to convert the emails without attachment files then check on Migrate Emails without attachment files Option.
- To name the resultant folder according to your choice, check on the Custom folder Name Option and type the Name in the box.
Step 11: Also, you can use the Save Mails on the basis of the Specific keywords feature to filter the emails based on the keywords. You can type in the keyword in the box and click on Add to add the keyword. To remove the keyword click on the Remove button.
Step 12: Click on the Path To Save icon to select the destination location for the output folder.
Step 13: Click the Convert button to convert the Pegasus Mail file to PST file format.
Step 14: Finally, when the Files are saved a window appears on the screen Click on OK.
Step 15: Also, you can download the conversion report by clicking on the Report button.
Step 9: Opt for the PDF option from the drop-down menu on the left to save the Pegasus files as PDF.
Step 10: Opt from the available additional features:
- You can convert the emails without attachment files by putting a check against the Migrate Emails without attachment files Option.
- To name the resultant folder according to your choice, check on the Custom folder Name Option and type in the Name in the box.
